Our staff is well trained to assist you, whether in person, online, or by phone. Technicians are hired for their computer expertise, customer service skills, and total lack of "nerdiness." Most of all, each employee is required to have a volunteer background in the community or a church to ensure they care for others more than themselves. It creates an environment of quality and confidentiality unmatched in the industry.

We like computers to be lean, fast and ready to use. Every computer we set up is customized with what we call that "CHICK" thing. It includes minimal desktop icons, removal of unnecessary and potentially damaging programs, installation of drivers, antivirus, antispyware, customized desktop background, and a copy of our "Cheep Tips" to prevent mistakes in the future. We also restore data to original locations (where applicable), offer follow-up remote services...and more.
